Academic Integrity in the Classroom
A Selected List of Resources for the University of Michigan

Honoring the precepts of academic integrity and applying its principles are fundamental responsibilities of all scholars. The Center for Research on Learning and Teaching and the University Library have created this Web site to help the university community uphold these ideals. Our intention, first, is to increase understanding of what academic integrity is in practice and in the breach. In addition, for instructors we offer ideas for preventing and detecting plagiarism. For students there is guidance for using digital resources responsibly in the research process. Throughout the site resources have been selected for their quality and usefulness rather than exhaustiveness. Suggestions for additions and comments are welcome.
